RETURNS

The consumer has the right to terminate the contract of sale by returning the purchased goods within 10 days of purchase to obtain reimbursement of the purchase value, according to Art. 64, D. Decree Law No. 206/2005. The withdrawal must be communicated in writing stating

1. the intention to withdraw and
2. order that generated the sales contract.

You can provide all the requested information through a return form which you must fill with all required information. After the communication, you must return the product within 10 working days from the date of disclosure. 
 
 This right ceases when the product returned is not complete and that is where: the product shows signs of use or wear;  accessories such as barcode, instruction booklet, Instruction Manual, security seals have been disconnected or worn; original packaging has been tampered.

Return fees are charged to the customer. Spidi Sport S.r.l. reimburse the cost of the goods within 14 working days from shipment of the returned item. Refund will be made via bank transfer; for this purpose Spidi Sport Srl will ask to disclose the bank information, including IBAN and name of the account holder. 
 
 In the event of lack of conformity of the product, we recognize the rights of consumers according to art. No 130-132 of D. Decree Law No. 206/2005.
