HOW CAN I SHOP ONLINE?

Through the SPIDI.com you can explore the Spidi collections down to the smallest detail, refining your search by selecting one of the available categories from the navigation menu, situated in the upper section of the page, as well as using our research filters.
Once you have found a product that you would like to explore further, simply click on the photo to open up the product page.

PRODUCT PAGE

Here you will be able to discover the technical information regarding the model and composition of each product, in addition to the description and price.
On the product page you will find a series of natural images, created purely to reveal the best details of each item.
From this page you will also be able to add the item to your Shopping Bag, proceed straight to checkout, or alternatively add your selection to your personalized Wish List.

HOW CAN I ADD A PRODUCT TO MY SHOPPING BAG?

Each product requires a personalized selection – choosing between the sizes available – before adding it to your Shopping Bag by clicking on the Add to Shopping Bag button.
Once you have added your selected item, you will be able to proceed straight to the checkout or alternatively continue to browse the SPIDI.com.

Once you have added a product to your Shopping Bag, you will have the option of selecting a payment method.
From this point you will be able to proceed straight to the checkout or alternatively continue to browse the SPIDI.com by clicking Continue.

SHIPPING METHODS

Standard delivery shipping time is 2-3 Working days ($6, free for all orders over $100)
Express delivery shipping time is 1-2 Working days ($30)
Please note that delivery times run over working days only; national holidays are not considered within the timing allocation.
Unfortunately, our courier cannot deliver items to PO Box addresses.

COUNTRIES

The first time that you visit the SPIDI.com, you will be asked to select the website for your chosen country.
This country will then be memorized by SPIDI.com: please be aware that if you would like to change it, you must do this manually by clicking on the small flag located in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
It is possible to change the country of delivery by clicking on the Change Country link. Please note that when changing country, all items placed in your Shopping Bag will be lost and you will have to add them to the Shopping Bag again.
Orders must be placed in the same site of the country to which items will be shipped. Orders placed from one country site that are requesting delivery to a different country, or requesting delivery to an address that DHL/UPS will not deliver to (P.O. Boxes or General Delivery/ Poste Restante addresses) will automatically be cancelled.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track the delivery of your order at any time by using the DHL/UPS Tracking Number that was sent to you along with the confirmation of your order.
The Tracking Number can be found in the Order tab as well as the shipping confirmation e-mail. Registered users can also check the status of their orders in the My Account section.
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours, and unfortunately it is not possible to pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package on three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time (each of which will contain a contact number).
If the courier is still not able to deliver your order to the address provided, your package will be returned to the Spidi warehouse: please consult the General Terms and Conditions of sale for more information.
